Method

  1. Wash lamb  and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add cloves, cinnamon ,bay leaves and sliced onion. Stir for few seconds. Till golden brown. Add ginger garlic pastes. Stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mutton, mix water and chilliy pwoder and simmer for 10 minutes until a reddish sediment begins to appear.
  4. Add little water (hot) and simmer again.
  5. Cook until mutton turns brown in colour.
  6. Now add beaten curd, bring to boil and simmer until mutton is half cooked.
  7. Now add tomato puree till lamb is cooked well
  8. Mix thoroughly. Consistency to be semi dry.
