Method
- Wash lamb and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add cloves, cinnamon ,bay leaves and sliced onion. Stir for few seconds. Till golden brown. Add ginger garlic pastes. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add mutton, mix water and chilliy pwoder and simmer for 10 minutes until a reddish sediment begins to appear.
- Add little water (hot) and simmer again.
- Cook until mutton turns brown in colour.
- Now add beaten curd, bring to boil and simmer until mutton is half cooked.
- Now add tomato puree till lamb is cooked well
- Mix thoroughly. Consistency to be semi dry.
